A source has come forward to report what an unmitigated disaster it was staying at this hotel. 

No light at the sink so you can see to shave or apply your makeup. 
No counter, shelf, or any place to put your toothbrush.
No way to control the heat in your room, controlled at the front desk.
No way to mute the TV without making it a permanent condition every day for 5 days.  INCLUDING A NEW TV OUT OF THE BOX AND INSTALLED.
No way to control the bone chip in the hamburger served at the restaurant.
No full set of bar bells, half are lost and unaccounted for at the hotel.
