This is our Christmas present to the worst town manager we have to deal with in Cumberland County. He drags his feet to delay answering FOAA requests to the point the answer is less timely to what’s happening currently.

When Councilor Babine showed up at a workshop prior to a Council Meeting Babine had driven there so drunk he couldn’t TALK!
At the end of the Workshop and before the Council meeting started HALL stashed him in his office until Babine’s wife could get there and sneak him out the back door.

Then in a FOAA court case he was under Orders of the Court to supply withheld emails for the Court to decide if they qualified under the law to be WITHHELD. He supplied emails we had already reviewed none of the ones in QUESTION!
