Councilor Moonbat Shawn Babine thinks someone died and made him king. He sent an email ordering the FTM reporter to never contact him. How does this big of a dope get elected to anything? Moonbat has just the right combination of arrogance and ignorance. Moonbat has the arrogance that he knows more than he does and the arrogance that allows him to demonstrate his ignorance to the world.
Moonbat Babine should glance at the First Amendment and read this: “…and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
Moonbat will learn that as long as he’s on the Council, anyone and everyone has the CONSTITUITONAL RIGHT to contact him
ad infinitum. That would include someone who is suing him personally, the Council, the Police Department, and the Town.

The tip scanned into the system below sheds light on what FTM saw at the same meeting. We were there for the workshop before the regular council meeting, and Babine looked like he was in extreme distress and the story at the time was a severe back pain. We were too far away to smell any alcohol but he didn’t seem to be able to talk and had to be helped out of his chair.
He left the workshop meeting and didn’t stay for the whole council meeting. This is a more plausible explanation than a back problem. The reason Hall did nothing is Babine and the other Councilors can fire him, and the reason the police did nothing is Hall can fire them.
This also explains the ridiculous email Babine sent to FTM about contacting elected officials. Hey, Babine there are two really important things you should avoid doing, drunk dialing and drunk emailing.

The letter below is signed by a lying piece of crap, Robbie the Moron Moulton. He’s taking the high ground now that’s he speaking out in this letter that he’s against torturing and killing prisoners in custody. Unless of course it’s someone he doesn’t like.
When we were arrested at the Council Meeting in November of 2017, that led to a Federal Lawsuit against Scarborough, Shawn, the Baboon, Babine, drunk driver, and Chair of the Council on that night, and Sgt. Mary Pearson. Pearson acknowledged in HER WRITTEN REPORT, that she was told repeatedly that the prisoner complained that the handcuffs were too tight. So tight, the damage is still causing involuntary spasms in my right hand, nearly three years later.
A month later from the arrest we confronted, William, the Old Fool, Donovan, chairing that meeting at the Middle School. The Old Fool and his wife, Molly, had called for police service 92 times in 11 years at their house in the Higgins Beach neighborhood because of illegal parking. When we questioned
Sgt. Pearson at that meeting, was she carrying larger size cuffs (in case we were illegally arrested again and taken to jail), her answer was, “NO.”
Did Moulton read her report, did he order her to carry larger size cuffs, or did he think it would be fun for her to torture this reporter AGAIN? How big a deal are tight handcuffs? We were in those cuffs for half and hour from arrest in the Town Hall until we were placed in the Cumberland County Jail. It caused a quarter inch indentation in the right wrist that pinched a nerve and the indentation did not fill in until the next day.
Speaking of Babine, who are Diane Rodney, Barbara Lyman Kirby, and Richard Towne? These people are apparently Babine’s fan club members, and by association fans of DRUNK DRIVER BABINE! Why do Scarborough voters keep voting for such a lowlife?

BABINE, to remind everyone, came to a workshop meeting at the Scarborough Town Council Meeting so DRUNK he could NOT speak.
Was he arrested for driving to the meeting drunk?
Was he taken to jail for driving drunk?
Was he forced to retrieve his car from the tow company?
Was he punished by the Council for his disrespect to the Council?
The answer to all those questions is a resounding NO. When there are no consequences to bad conduct you usually ger more of it. Well, now with no one to fix his tickets his first OUI, that we know of, is dragging its way through the courts.
According to sources BABINE elected to the Council three times and RESIGNS three times before his term expired. Two WHYS! Why did he resign and why did the voters in Scarborough keep electing such a LOSER to the Council?
The sources also suspect that BABINE was stealing from a VFW/American Legion type of organization.
Any one of those items would end a political career, not BABINE’S! The voters in Scarborough sent him to Augusta as a member of the Legislature.

It all started with Mark the Moron Franco submitting sworn statements in Discovery that were lacking credibility. That’s legal speak for lying. Knowing that they were lies we asked for resubmission of true responses or we would file for sanctions. Mark the Moron’s reply was only three words. “Get a life.” Outstanding legal rhetoric from a giant legal mind in the Maine Bar.
So, we spent that weekend doing a deep dive on everything we could find on Scarborough, Maine. Thank you Scarboro Dan, a son of Scarborough, a lawyer, a previous target of FTM, and a prolific poster on social media. Don’t bother to hit the delete button, FTM printed out all the posts and comments. You can read three of the most damning posts below, from Daniel Warren, Esq., Katy Foley, former Scarborough Town Council member, and Kate St. Clair, former Scarborough Town Council member. They speak for themselves. Why do voters in Scarborough put a putz like Shawn Babine on the Council three times, have him resign half-way through each term, and then send him to Augusta as a State Representative?

Every time one of these low life friends of Moulton sticks their head out of the rat hole they live in, it attracts people that call FTM. They tell us the backstory, the story kept secret from the public. In less than 2 hours after the posting the bogus suit we discovered out following:
FTM is told by reliable sources that in 2013 Kim Kinsman, the president of the wrestling booster’s club, with access to the club’s checkbook. She wrote a $6,000 from the account to fund her personal agenda to get rid of the wrestling coach. This was done without permission from the board or the members. The coach was a South Portland Police Dept. officer. Her premise was that the kids were in danger. She didn’t like the fact her son wasn’t the team captain. She hired attorney Dan Warren. We are told that Warren knew when he took that $6,000, it was unauthorized money.
The boosters filed a complaint with the Board of Overseers (the organization tasked with investigating the lawyers with clients complaints). They found out what many us already knew. It was a waste of time. Here’s the real shock for these normal, honest, and uncorrupted Scarborough citizens; when they went to the Scarborough Police Dept. to file a complaint against Warren, it was reported that Chief Moulton (Warren’s buddy) took the paperwork. It was never seen again. Who has to pay back the $6,000? Was it crook number one or crook number two? The boosters did not get the $6,000 back. What did Danny Boy do for the $6,000? He wrote one letter.
Maybe in the lawyers’ ethics book, getting paid with money you know has been taken without authorization (from the wrestling team booster’s club) is appropriate. Most think it’s just as crooked as the woman who took the money. FTM just might have to do a full profile on Mr. Scarborough, Attorney Danny Boy Warren.
Cooler heads did prevail, the coach, thankfully, was not fired.

Sources close to this case report the following. At a recent on the record meeting, with the mediator, (a retired judge) this exchange took place in the review of Dilworth’s qualification as an expert witness on Legal Ethics.
Lilly: Did you state in this document that the AG’s office improperly dismissed an indictment against Mr. Warren?
Dilworth: I never said such a thing.
Lilly: Is that your signature at the end of this statement?
Dilworth: Yes, but I didn’t write that statement.
Lilly: Who wrote this statement for you?
Dilworth: DeTroy wrote it, I just signed it.
Lilly: Then you disagree with your written and signed statement submitted to this mediator and now claim that the AG’s office DID NOT improperly dismiss an indictment against Mr. Warren?
Dilworth: Yes, that’s correct.
Sources tell us that a motion is pending to disqualify Toby Dilworth, Esq. as an expert witness for Legal Ethics, due to his apparent inability to be able to author his own false statements and his dependence on Peter DeTroy, Esq. (the malpractice insurance carrier’s defense lawyer) to author his false, incorrect, and/or mistaken statements to mediators.
One of the driving forces that are the basis of this case was Lilly showing up at Preti-Flaherty with a Deputy Sheriff and a criminal subpoena. A box of documents was seized from one of the female attorney’s offices filled with proof of communications between Preti-Flaherty and another defendant that supports Warren’s position.
FTM is told that the legal malpractice policy has a million-dollar deductible and the likely out of court settlement (after DeTroy’s law firm runs the legal meter on their client, the insurance company, for a few hundred thousand dollars) may well be in the Fifty Million Dollar range.

The really bad news for Baboon BABINE, is that Robby, the Moron, Moulton is no longer Scarborough Police Chief, to get a Sgt. to cancel the ticket. You can read the Police Beat notice of his recent arrest BELOW.
This guy, Baboon BABINE, according to reliable sources has run for the Town Council three times and won, ran for the Legislature and won again. Interesting to note, we’re told he RESIGNED from the Council all three times before his term ended.
